Upon entering the large, seven-room villa, you will be blown away by the luxurious furnishings within the open plan kitchen-diner and living area; this provides a perfect place to socialise or relax with the well-equipped kitchen. This includes: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a freezer and an electric coffee machine which is everything you will require for an evening in. You can also relax in the stunning living area which will comfortably sit all of your guests whilst enjoying the satellite TV in the perfectly air-conditioned room. From here, there is an exit to the terrace if you fancy watching the sunset or soaking up the last of the beautiful Croatian sunshine. Moreover, on the first floor you will find three exquisite bedrooms, all with double beds, air-conditioning, a beautiful shower room and an exit to the terrace to witness those beautiful views.

Upstairs, you will find a separate lounge with one double sofa bed (this separate lounge is perfect for those who wants to escape a larger group for an afternoon or an evening). The last two modern, large bedrooms are also upstairs, both equipped with satellite TV, air-conditioning and exit to terrace or onto a balcony. From the upstairs bedrooms, where you can enjoy the terrace, furniture and deck chairs are provided where you can admire the view of the pool and the stunning countryside from a high. How perfect would this be when you have just woken up or when you are just about to settle in for the night?

To top off this stunning villa, there is a large concreted garden space with a large private, heated pool as the focal point. There is also an outdoor shower, a stunning jacuzzi, a barbeque and plenty of outdoor furniture, making this outdoor space a clear winner in terms of a space to relax, socialise or have a romantic afternoon/evening with your partner. If you would like a holiday where you can simply relax, this villa provides room cleaning twice a week, and upon request you can have a house maid for an additional cost. Moreover, you are able to hire a cook or have breakfast on request as an additional, if that is something that also takes your fancy. Villa Sula is situated in a small, historical town, in the Southern part of the region which is 8km from the beautiful sea and glorious pebble beach. There is an opportunity, for those who are interested, to fish in the sea but a permit is required. This is definitely a winner for those who enjoy this sport as it is not very often, you can have this opportunity so close to your villa. Imagine being able to fish in the gorgeous Croatian seas and catch the dinner for that evening – how wonderful! With Villa Sula, you will be able to enjoy the stunning countryside whilst walking through it to the nearby resort or from the comfort of the villa or even going on one of the walks provided.

Within a stone's throw, there are plenty of shops, a supermarket, ample restaurants for you and your group to use at your disposal. With these amenities being so close to the villa, this is the perfect location for those who would like a private villa but are still able to become engrossed with the Croatian culture without having to hire any cars. There is also a fabulous amusement park 7.5km away and if you were able to hire a car, then there is a brilliant waterpark 41km away from the villa – a fantastic day out for those with children! As mentioned before, there are a number of beautiful walks which you can take to explore this stunning part of the Croatian countryside. Within walking distance, there is also a shared putting green, a driving range, a vineyard, garden with organic seasonal fruit and vegetables, fitness and spa house with exercise equipment and a sauna; all of which are included in the price. Within a short 24km you will be able to visit Medulin which is a small town built around the harbour between Cape Promontore and Capo Merlera. The town centre is to the northeast of the harbour and includes the main square and the twin-inspired St Agnes Church. Moreover, within 40km you will find the popular tourist resort, Rovinj which is famous for its fishing port and inevitably has an abundance of activities for you to enjoy whilst immersing yourself in one of Croatia's most popular and stunning cities.
