Villa Bella Vista as the name in spanish implies means "fantastic view" and this villa certainly lives up to its. It is an exclusive villa with private pool and magnificent views of Cala Galdana beach and the bay on the other side. The villa stands out for its spaciousness, comfort and for its views.

Villa Bella Vista consists of four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, barbecue and a laundry room. It also has a gym area overlooking the pool and Cala Galdana and a parking space.

You enter the villa through a garden towards the porched entrance and from here into a spacious hall. On the left of the hall, we find the spacious living room and the two-level dining room, which has a formal dining room, as well as a cosy lounge with a fireplace, digital flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. From the entrance, there is direct access to the balcony, which is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those wonderful views of the bay. Next to the dining room, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room.

On the opposite side of the hall, a further inner hall leads to the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are made up of two single beds and are equipped with closets and air conditioning and face forward over the outside terrace to views of the sea. The other bedroom is located facing the gardens and it is equipped with a truckle bed and a built-in closet. Next to these bedroom there is a bathroom equipped with bath tube. The end bedroom is the master bedroom that consists of two single beds, a large built-in wardrobe and has air conditioning and a full bathroom en-suite with bathtub and hairdryer. It has direct access to the balcony and to those magnificent views once again.

The outside living area is simply delightful at Bella Vista and is reached from the front entrance by way of a path around the house to get to the swimming pool and the outside area. The pool itself is superb and it is surrounded by sun loungers. There is a fully functional kitchen, which has a dishwasher and built in barbeque. There is also an outdoor table with chairs to enjoy magnificent meals and this special oasis under the sun with great views. Finally, on this level there is a further bathroom with shower and a fitness area.

Villa Bella Vista has a laundry room equipped with washing machine, table and iron for clothes. The villa is also equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning and satellite television. It also has a parking space. Simply a great family villa close to all the amenities that offers Cala Galdana.

The area

The Urbanization of Cala Galdana is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise. HOW TO ARRIVE

from the Airport o Puerto de Mahón (35min):
1.Take the General Road (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana ( Me-22)
2.After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance is our office, where it will usually be the meeting point with the host.
3.Take the second exit and continue until you reach Carrer de l’Ermità Street. Nº 2C, where the villa is located.

From Port of Ciutadella (25min):
1.Take the General Road (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
