Description

The villa is on two floors, the basement floor where there are 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with all comforts, a large living room with fireplace that overlooks a covered veranda, perfumed by jasmine that surrounds it and colored by the splendid bougainvillea that welcomes guests; an outdoor barbecue invites you to prepare succulent grilled fish and / or meat. A large bathroom with shower and a closet / laundry room complete the floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A large covered veranda brightens the warm summer evenings surrounded by a large lawn that frames the private swimming pool on which you can find the right refreshment on sunny Alghero days. The Villa is surrounded by an olive grove of approximately 8500 sq m.

The center of Alghero is only 5 km from the villa, reachable both by car and by bicycle. From here you can easily reach all the main services of the city: hospital, medical guard, shopping centers, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, pubs and anything else that may interest you. Certainly the most fascinating part of the town is its elegant historic center, dating back to the Catalan and Spanish domination (the local dialect is Catalan), with sixteenth-century buildings, cobblestone alleys and the long wall with its many towers overlooking the sea , represent a place on which to make unforgettable walks on warm Alghero evenings or admire the colors of the wonderful sunset on the dominant promontory of Capo Caccia and the sea. The promontory of Capo Caccia is also home to the famous Caves of Neptune, one of the main tourist attractions of the Riviera del Corallo, frequented since 1800 and reachable both from the ground, along the suggestive Escala del Cabirol, and by boat by sea from the port tourist.
The Gulf of Alghero offers the visitor a wide range of beaches; certainly the most renowned are Le Bombarde, La Speranza, Il Lazzaretto, Lido di San Giovanni, Maria Pia, Mugoni and Porto Ferro.
As for food, the choice is the most varied, from refined restaurants in the center and on the Muraglia (Andreini restaurant, Il Pavone, Il Borgo Antico, Osteria Machiavello to name the most renowned), to barbecues on the beach or to the many typical products of the market, cheeses and sausages above all!
