The villa "Es Camp Fora", equal parts beautiful and authentic, is found on a 20,500 m² private estate filled with the typical variety of local Mallorcan vegetation, predominantly almond trees. The large main house and small casita are located immediately next to each other: the architecture of the main house combines authenticity with modern elements, and the brightly smoothed casita is cheerful and cheeky with trendy sky-blue window shutters, while retaining a certain grace. In summer, you will spend most time in the outdoor area on one of the terraces. On the northwestern terrace in front of the casita, for example, which enjoys the natural shade of a pepper tree – here, you can beat the heat and retreat underneath the handsome, solid round arch by the steps, while enjoying a good read. The round pool is never far away, offering enjoyable refreshment. A few steps away from the large house, amid the extremely beautiful and vast garden, lays the lovely, gleaming blue pool, adjacent to an open-air sunbathing terrace, with convenient stepped access on the side. You can comfortably lay on the available loungers on the surrounding vacant spaces under the sun or the natural shade. You can cool off in the highly ornamented walled shower next to the pool. A small path leads from the pool terrace to the large porch, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view from an open-air spot under the airy shade. The wide, magnificent round arches in the garden, overgrown with vegetation, exude a somewhat magical charm. Additional first-class viewing spots are on the balcony on the first floor – idyllic far-reaching views are guaranteed here!

A large and very cosily designed combined living/dining room welcomes the guest inside the main house. The stylish sofa corner invites you to spend relaxing hours by the fireplace; the round dining table is excellent for a dinner indoors. The small library is a special highlight. Here, you can sit comfortably and read or watch TV. At the same time, this slightly separated space provides the outstanding opportunity for you to withdraw at once, hassle-free, should you require it. Both bedrooms (both fitted with an en-suite bathroom) are spaciously laid out, fitted with high-quality furniture, and display a very elegant design. The absence of a lot of distracting accessories gives these rooms a bright and peaceful impression. And what an amazing dream-like view from the large window one has from here already in the morning! A tasteful design continues into the sun-lit bathroom. These stand out for their comfortable, spacious, and modern style. The cosy house next door has a living area with a handsome dining area that opens up into the fully furnished kitchen. The blue of the window shutters is also seen in the kitchen furnishings, nicely contrasting with the exposed wooden beam ceilings, white walls, and rugged natural-colour floor tiles. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortably sized and bright, the white bathroom with yellow and brown colour accents is fitted with a bathtub. This area also includes a TV and WIFI. The fan offers a cool breeze in the rooms of both houses in the summer; temperatures are equally comfortable during the winter thanks to the central heating. The layout of this residence, divided into two living units, is perfect for two families or a group of discerning travellers who place great value on privacy on holidays as well.

The villa is situated in a delightful rural location near the lovely town of S'Alqueria Blanca. This typical Mediterranean town has a small charming market square with small, authentic cafés, where one can also meet Mallorcans having their morning cortado coffee. The large town of Santanyí invites you to go shopping. Be sure to take the opportunity to also pay a visit to Cala Santanyí: you will certainly be charmed by the beauty of these small beaches by the town. The national park, Parc Natural de Mondrago, is on the country road between S'Alqueria Blanca and Santanyí. The nature reserve, with its unique flora and fauna, contains walking and bicycle paths throughout. The central highlight of the nature reserve are the two beaches of Sa Font de n'Alis and S'Amarador. A visit to this protected, spectacular landscape is extremely worthwhile.

During the off-season (October to April), the side house (2 bedrooms) is available for 4-person occupancy. A less than 8 person occupancy of the larger house during the off-season is available on request.
