Magnificent holiday home with an excellent location just 300 m from the beach. The house has 7 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and television in each one. All beds except one of the bedrooms are electric and have individual mattresses for this purpose and independence. The house has two magnificent terraces with lawned areas where you can sunbathe on a towel and numerous sun loungers. It has a private indoor pool. On request and giving notice at least a week before, the pool can be heated (€ 20 per day). Additionally it has a community outdoor pool. Golf lovers will be able to enjoy just 7Km in "Añoreta Golf" of their favorite sport. Given its excellent location, you can visit both Malaga, the Costa del Sol (Benalmádena, Marbella, Estepona, etc.) or the eastern part of the province with towns such as Torre del Mar, Torrox or Nerja. The house has a cot and high chair on request.
