The house offers fabulous views in all directions, with the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The winding streets are home to many great restaurants, independent galleries and shops selling local arts and crafts, and a lovely church overlooking the village from atop a hill.  The renowned 5 star La Residencia Hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the villa, giving guests the opportunity to use their restaurant, spa and tennis facilities if they so choose. The stone villa itself is a seamless blend of the modern and the classic, with both contemporary and traditional furnishings throughout, and a number of different locally sourced pieces of art and sculpture used to add that final finishing touch. The flooring is terracotta tiling throughout, ensuring that the villa stays cool in the summer months. The ground floor is dedicated to communal living, with a cool and comfortable living room that opens out onto a small chill-out area on the terrace outside. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is modern and extremely spacious, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Exposed original wooden beams and whitewashed furnishings all add to the traditional and unpretentious feel of this part of the house. Each of the bedrooms is elegant and simple, with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a large four-poster bed, free-standing bath tub and private terrace with great sea views. The villa is geared towards outside living, with a large and modern swimming pool, a shaded dining area and barbeque that is perfect for enjoying a long and leisurely al-fresco lunch, and a separate seating area. The property also features parking spaces for two cars and electrical gates for added privacy and security. One level up:  Both entrances lead to a large hall with living area on the right. The Living room is equipped with two 3 seater sofas, wooden coffee table a large fire place and a flat screen TV with sky and music system. 4 French doors leading to the exterior terrace. From the hall you also access the large fully equipped kitchen including a Wine fridge and a Nespresso machine, an open fire place and a table and chairs to seat 10. Second level: Master bedroom at the end of hallway with a double four poster bed (1.80m x 2.00) and a sitting area and en suite bathroom with 2 sinks shower and a bathtub . The masterbedroom has access to a small private terrace with views of the Deia and the sea. Room 2: Double bedroom with a 4 poster bed (1.60m x 2.00m) with en suite bathroom with shower. Rooms 3 and 4 are both twin rooms with 2 beds in each (0.90m x 1.90m). Both have en suite bathrooms with showers and views of the village and sea. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards. Grounds: private swimming pool (7.00m x 4.00m) surrounded by paved terrace equipped with table and chairs for 10, 5 sun beds, gas barbeque and separate chill out area with views of Deia and the sea.
