Payment policy


The 100% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation. The prepayment amount is refundable if the reservation is cancelled prior the cancellation period.

Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be settled either with a different credit card with the card holder being present or cash.



Cancellation policy

This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to Thursday, 23 April 2020, 18:00 local time.


Any cancellation or change of dates occurring within 7 days prior to arrival will result in cancellation fees of 30% of the total accommodation balance.

In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees.
