Villa CUARTERADES is situated in wonderful residential area called La Font, away from the main busy road in between Port de Pollenca and Pollenca. You are just 10 min drive from the nearest beach and center of Port de Pollenca. This lovely countryside will make you company during your holidays and give you the tranquil feeling.
The villa has 4 bedrooms distributed in 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. This spacious house has a big lounge with separate dining room with big table for 8 with a lots of natural light and direct access to the BBQ and garden. Besides them there is full fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and small utility room with washing machine, iron board and iron.
There are two bathrooms in the ground floor from which one is en suite and one familiar. Covered outside terrace can be the best place where to take the breakfast al fresco with mountain views and natural feeling.
Leading up to the top part of the house via wonderful round staircase you have a small lounge with the rustic “roda” coffee table ideal for your morning coffee time surrounded by a sunshine and lots of light. There are 2 more bedrooms from which one has a direct access to the large terrace, perfect for the late evenings with your family and friends. One of the bedrooms is double and the other one is equipped with 2 single beds both of them with en suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms has air - conditioning, there is a wifi access through out the house, TV with international channels, DVD player and WIFI.
This house has a large, entertaining and charming garden with a oval-shaped pool with roman steps, place to sunbathe and have a fresh drinks in shade during the hot summer days.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
