Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

The home features over 2300 square feet of living space under air with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home features a bunk bed guest room that can easily sleep 4 children with the twin over full bunk bed in addition to the roll-out twin trundle. With the other 3 bedrooms, the home can sleep 6 adults and 4 children.



The home is spacious and well designed to offer your family group plenty of space to enjoy the home both inside and out. Tile and laminate flooring has been updated in the home. The great room with vaulted ceilings further accentuates the openness of the home. You will love to entertain and prepare for your guests and family your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished with stainless steel appliances and upgraded counters. The comfort remains as you settle into the living area with flat screen tv and plenty of seating. The formal dining area offers a wonderful space for the more elegant of meals or grab a quick bite at the breakfast nook dinette table.



The Master suite with a king-size bed, quick access to the salt water pool with sliders and en-suite bathroom will suit any couples needs for rest and privacy. In the bath you will find dual sinks, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The suite with a tray ceiling is equally spacious as the rest of the home. The sliders that lead to the lanai offer a nice view of the pool area.



There are three more bedrooms separate from the master suite. In these guest rooms, you will find a guest room with a queen-size bed, guest room with 2 twin size beds and a guest room offering a kids space with bunk beds and a roll-out twin trundle. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find a game room to enjoy your favorite board game or to just simply sit and relax with a good book.



Back in the great room area, you will want to open up the sliders and venture out to the extended patio where there is a pristine heated salt water pool that is equipped with LED color changing pool lighting, and a variable speed pool pump. Imagine the nights sitting by the pool watching the pool lights dance in the twilight. Plenty of outdoor living space as well under roof dining, gas bbq grill and baby fence for the pool area to keep the little ones safe. Seating for 8 at the lanai dining table that is coordinated with an outdoor sofa and 2 chairs. Sun loungers for working on your tan are available as well. There is also a small 4 seat outdoor dinette in addition to the main dining area on the lanai.
