If you want to experience countryside environs coupled with breathtaking sunset views and a swimming pool, then Oaklands Villa is your kind of place. Owned by an Athenian family, passionate with the island, it was built in accordance with the precepts of the local architecture as a getaway from the stressful life of Athens, offering absolute tranquility and relaxation. Being on the top of a hill and thanks to its natural downhill slopes it enjoys breathtaking panoramic sea views and soothing sunsets from all around.

The villa covers a total area of 220 s.m. in three independent housing units and is suitable for up to 10 guests.

The main house is located on the upper level and can accommodate 4 guests. It encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and a big dining table, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An interior staircase leads to the lower level which features a big bedroom with three single beds, another one with one single bed, one bathroom and a kitchen. The lower level is also accessible from a different entrance and as it can be separated from the upper level with an internal door, it can serve as a totally independent housing unit.

Next to the main house, a fully furnished studio with an independent entrance, offers complete privacy for a couple or a small family. It features a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom.

The exterior of the property is dominated by the beautiful pool which looks right out to the Aegean Sea. Plenty of sun loungers and a shaded chill-out area make the outside the ideal place to rest and relax during the day or night. The highlight of the house is a patio, fully protected from the 'meltemi', with a big wooden dining table and nearby a stone-built BBQ, complemented with an oven and water sink. Whether starting your day with a typical Greek breakfast or ending it with a hearty BBQ, the patio will become the epicenter of your summer days and the point of departure for your daily trips around the isle.

Plenty of oak trees, a couple of roses and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the houses and the verandas, in an extraordinary estate of 10.000 s.m.
