Our beautifully landscaped villa Key West was built in the year 2000 on a 1000 m² piece of garden on Canal Frances with access to the Gulf of Mexico in one of the best located neighbourhoods of Cape Coral with 175 m2 of air-conditioned living space and can accommodate 6 persons comfortably. A high quality and tasteful decor gives the house a bright and welcoming ambience. The detailed furnishing of the house fulfils all desires and is well above the usual standard. Our heated pool area with Jacuzzi and waterfalls, combined with wonderful sunsets, which sinks glowing red in to the canal will definitely satisfy all desires. The house is located in a central residential area, very quiet, friendly neighbourhood and without any through traffic. A very well-maintained landscape amidst tropical vegetation encircles your dream holiday. Runners and bikers can start their activity from the house. It takes about 25 min to the beautiful beaches. A house to feel comfortable.


Extras: If you love something special and still don’t want to give up relaxation and comfort even on vacation, you'll appreciate our house. We have equipped our villa according to our requirements and set up. With satellite TV with over 100 channels and 3 German channels, stereo, DVD player, flat screen TV, heated swimming pool (40 m2). The oversized cage (fly screen) has plenty of space for peaceful sunbathing and relaxing. On the patio and the pool deck there are enough chairs and lounge beds available. Pool and garden are maintained weekly by a service team. Our German-speaking management will show around the house for you upon arrival and make you feel at home during your stay.

Information for boaters: In Cape Coral and Matlache there are several boat rental places, where motor boats of different sizes can be rented. A boat license is not required for that. Thus you can quickly reach the Cape Coral’s offshore islands Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island or even explore Cape Coral on its canals of about 700 km in length and numerous lakes. Our property manager would be glad assist you further. You can rent a boat anytime and park at our private dock.
