Fabulous villa with private pool in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on two floors.

INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, where there is a spacious living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV, with access to the covered terrace with table tennis. A large kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Lastly, a guest toilet and a laundry room. On the UPPER FLOOR there is a living room that is used as a bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERNAL: The villa has a large plot on which is the 10x5 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for 3-4 vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and are only a few minutes drive from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 11 km away and the closest supermarket is 3.6 km from the accommodation.
