Bwythyn Clyd is a pretty end-terrace character cottage, set in the hamlet of Llanbedr-y-Cennin, just one mile from Tal-y-Bont, and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a single bedroom with a day bed and an additional pull-out bed, a bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a first floor utility room. Outside there is roadside parking outside the cottage and a rear paved patio area and garden with furniture. Bwythyn Clyd is a wonderful holiday cottage.

Amenities: Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unrestricted roadside parking outside cottage on a first come, first served basis. Rear paved patio area and garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1 mile, pub 14 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed up 5 steps (with handrail) from the lane. Note: Rear terraced garden and patio accessed up 16 steep steps (with handrail). You can also access the steps to the rear garden half way up through the back door which is located on the first floor of the cottage. Please note: this property does not accept worker bookings.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of Tal-y-Bont is situated in the Conwy Valley and offers a butcher, Post Office, a shop, a hotel and a pub, as well as a recreational park and village hall. It is located half a mile from Dolgarrog, which itself is surrounded by three rivers and the woodlands of the Coed Dolgarrog National Nature Reserve. Six miles away is popular Betws-y-Coed and within reach is the North Wales coastline.
