The landscape will be your special company during your stay in this incomparable villa which is absolutely fascinating throughout all of its corners. You will find a beautiful and simple garden in front of the house, where there also is a fantastic 10 x 5 metres chlorine pool whose depth ranges from 1.40 to 2 metres. Its is surrounded by grass and trees and it features up to 14 sun loungers. The fields belonging to this finca are a true refuge where you can take long walks in total privacy and admire the nature of the spot and the mountains, since it is part of the feet of the Tramuntana mountain range.

The great porch is the perfect place to join and relax with your family or friends. Maybe you can prepare son exquisite recipes on the barbecue and enjoy the soft the breeze on the sofas. In the evening, the sofas become your best friends to enjoy a glass of wine or a soft-drink while admiring the warm town lights. If you wake up with energy the following morning, you can play some table tennis or basketball if you feel like.

Regarding the building, this is just pure beauty, functionality and quality. The 2 storey house offers a great living room with amazing landscape views and a cosy terrace, a large dining area and kitchen with a gas cooktop and 4 bedrooms with a closet and a bathtub en-suite bathroom each. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, two of the with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Going upstairs you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a extraordinary charm. We can prepare 2 cots and high chairs in case you are coming with your babies. The whole accommodation features oil central heating and, of course, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available.

In Inca, just 1 km away, you will find all kinds of services like shops, supermarkets, bars and much more. Don't miss a vist to any of its restaurants known as "cellers", where you will enjoy a delicious and traditional meal as well as the popular flea market on Thursdays. This week day the city becomes a lively place where you can acquire local and artisan products and even some souvenirs. On the other hand, thanks to the central location of this property and its proximity to the Tramuntana mountain range, you will have the opportunity to make a great variety of biking or hiking excursions. Regarding the beach, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia which is about 28.9 km away and it features crystalline waters and white sand. Other paradisaical beaches or caves are Caló des Màrmols or Cala Santanyí, just on the opposite direction.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
