Stirling Cottage, a spacious 5-bedroom, newly remodeled farmhouse sleeping up to 16 is situated on 220 beautiful, serene acres, providing the opportunity to explore nature, watch/play in the laughing creek, or sit on the deck & enjoy the sights & sounds of the country while slowing down from the many demands of life. Additional cottages can be booked separately bringing the total beds to 30, including:
***Thirties (apartment below Stirling, sleeps 4)
***Milk House (sleeps 2)
***The Cottage (sleeps 4-6)

The farm is a perfect location for family reunions, personal or small group retreats and celebrations of all kinds. To add to the beauty and peace of Stirling, Stirling is a 1930's -era hand-built stone and wood farmhouse, with five bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

"Twigs" is the master bedroom, with king-size bed, chaise lounge, whimsical decor, and views of our east fields.

"Vintage" offers two antique double beds and decor with four large windows showcasing stunning sunsets. An extra mattress is tucked under one of the beds.

The "Sunroom" is the smallest bedroom on the main floor, but has windows embracing two whole walls. It is filled with cheery light and peaceful ambiance. A comfortable daybed with trundle underneath allows two people to enjoy this sunny room.

"Maps" and "Blooms" are two dormitory -style bedrooms on the second floor with half-bath.

"Maps," a room the guys will like, is decorated with artifacts and antiques and has three twin beds (one is X-long) ; while "Blooms" for the gals, is decorated with bright colors, floral fabrics, and wicker. It has four twin beds.

Ozark Highlands Farm, is a working farm so a few people, including my husband and me, may come and go discreetly as we take care of animals and land. Some camping is also permitted on the grounds for an additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accommodate animals indoors because so many of my guests have allergies.

Please note: I have a strict cancellation policy: "full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in." However, in some circumstances, I have been able to make exceptions when the space has time to be rented to others so it never hurts to ask.
