Description
Private rent of complete villa and all facilities set in 5 acres of woodland and irrigated gardens only 5 mins from Canelli centre. South facing. Gets the sun all day. Spectacular views, particularly sunsets.
Please note that in the winter months (Nov-April) only the main house is available with 3 double bedrooms. In the summer months (May-Oct) the outhouse, pool, outside kitchen and bar are open as well and the price increases as a result.
Completely renovated in 2019 for personal use, inc. air conditioning and broadband wifi, smart TVs in all lounges with Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV. Very comfortable large kitchen and diner inside and outside. Fully spec’d with all the necessary equipment to cook and host large groups. 2021 we installed a professional outdoor audio system with 3 areas covered: 1) The outside kitchen and dining area, 2) around the pool, and 3) the poolside bar and lounge. You can stream from your phone using whatever system you have (Spotify, amazon, apple, etc) and control each area independently. Lastly behind the poolside bar we have built a changing room with shower, and a separate bathroom.
The property is ideal for large family gatherings and can comfortably sleep up to 8/10 people in the main building and a further 4 people in the outhouse during the summer months. Also shaded parking for 3 cars.
Outside area includes 12x5m heated outdoor pool (heated from beginning May - end October as needed) with a large and fully spec'd bar with fridge, freezer, ice maker, etc and an outside shaded lounge area. Adjacent to the main house there is a large outside kitchen and dining area with bar (inc. ice maker, fridge, dishwasher, cooker and large gas BBQ) and shaded dining area that comfortably sits 16 people.
There is also a fully equipped air conditioned gym with an extra sofa bed.
During the Autumn/Winter season (November-April), the outhouse, kitchen and pool areas are closed, and the daily rate reduces substantially. NB - the sitting room has a cosy wood fire, and the dining room a wood burning Aga style cooker.
